I work full time, Study when I possibly can. It has become hard. I really want more qualifications to allow me to progress further but it has become hard to balance work, home life & study all together. I haven't had a free weekend to do my own thing in probably 6- 12 months. Constantly doing things whilst that is good for me I feel like i am stuck.
Everything I do is never enough and the more I try the less I achieve.

Hi PurpleRose, I'm just trying to think logistically about your situation. Although it's definitely important to study/work, perhaps doing too much of either is having an effect on your mental health. We all need time alone and to relax with friends/family, and you should definitely have time to relax. Is there a way to manage this? Could you perhaps work less hours or maybe study part time? I think you just have to know that you're clearly doing the best that you can, and the best you can is definitely enough. When you say the more you try the less you achieve, what is it that you want to achieve? Maybe writing down some of these goals would be a good idea, because often when we make big statements like "I'm not enough" or "I'm not achieving" we don't actually state what constitutes being enough or what our goals are. Sending you love.
