Where do I get help?

I've been thinking about getting help because sometimes I'm aggressive for no reason sometimes or anxious about social situations (until I'm in the situation, then I realise it isn't that bad), and before I transferred to another school I used to cry often for no apparent reason (I don't anymore because I focus on my studies a lot more now). I don't understand my own feelings all too well and when I tried the K10 test I'm not sure if I was able to answer honestly or not because of it. I would like to understand how I can overcome my issues but when I asked my parents about it they told me they just got over it. I don't think I can do that, and I don't know where to start on getting help.

Dear Anonymous_As_Usual~
Welcome back, it is hard both to find out about yourself and gender, and to be able to cope with life and the emotions it brings out.
There is no real way to decide everything on your own, and while asking your parents was a good move it is a pity they did not respond helpfully. Saying they 'just got over it' shows a lack of understanding of what you are going through. They also probably don't realise young people have problems as difficult as any others.
While there is no hurry (though you might not agree) to discover your gender -which may not have just one answer - the anger and the past crying are things it is best to try to sort out now. It will make you a more confident person with others and lend you some understanding about the way you think and react. Life may seem better.
I'm glad you are able to concentrate more on your studies, it sounds if it is helping your feelings as well as gaining academic credit.
If you felt like saying how you get on that would be great

Rether than relying on K10, wheich at best is only a very rough indication I'd suggest you have a chat with the Kids Help Line. They are open 24/7 and have chat as well as phone calls. They are realistic wihtout being pushy and talk sense.
