It's good of you to reach out.
Not knowing where you are located can make it difficult to point out exactly how to resolve your concerns, there are some general avenues available to you. Beyond Blue and Black Dog both have free 24hr support lines that you can ring.
If you want a more face-to-face support, sometimes the local clergy can be helpful.
Or, depending on where you live, there may be a social Meetup group for people with similar/like support needs.
Or you can post here and we'll help wherever we can.

Great work in reaching out namedisplays114, as is indicated about there is a tonne of support within these forums. There are a lot of really talented and smart people in here offering all kinds of advice and be able to steer you in the direction that you need.
I think the first thing you should do is ring a support line. Really supportive and private as well. No one will know that you have contacted it aside from yourself and the person you speak to.
You deserve to be happy, you deserve to have a good life and you have taken one of the hardest steps that there is to take and that is the initial enquiry so well done on that, takes courage.
Have a good look around the forums - just about every situation will be spoken about one way or another.
Good luck and hopefully will hear from you soon.
