Hello,
So i'm currently in a relationship with a beautiful man but he unfortunately doesn't understand what i'm going through. I have anxiety and depression and I also tend to take my anger out on him when i'm feeling frustrated. It's starting to impact our relationship as I don't want to see him anymore and just be on my own. I don't want to break up as we have just gotten back together this year. I hate being the cause of our problems. Any tips on how to fix this?
Regards S.

Hi S,
Do you see someone about your mental health?
If you do maybe talk to them about possible allowing your boyfriend to come to a session with you. This gives him a chance to ask questions.
You kind of sound like me, you bottle your emotions and hold it in and BAM! a comment that you didn't mean to sound harsh is out of your mouth.
Give yourself some grace and love and permission to be happy.
JJ
