Hi demetrious_alian,
You do not have to go through it alone when you come here as it is a great place to offload, read other people's journeys and gain support without judgement.
Sorry to hear you are having a really hard time at the moment but coming to this space might give you a chance to discuss issues that are concerning you at present.
Our community also has a place where the younger community members go and post what is going on for them but we are all here if you feel like to sharing. Beyondblue also has a call line 1300 22 4636 [24/7] for support and if things become too overwhelming please call 000.
Please don't feel like you have to do it on your own without any support.

Firstly, welcome to the forums.
Sorry to read what you are going through? Are you able to go into a little more detail about the depression and anxiety you are dealing with, any information will help us to give advice where we can.

My best for you,
Jay
