Hi
I'm a loving mum to 4 great teens/young adults. I have struggled a lot in recent two years and learnt some great tools to manage this issue. Happy to help where I can

Dear JulieCh~
Welcome to the forum, it is always great to hear from someone for whom things are working out. Trying to cope wiht depression while caring for 4 teems wold be terribly difficult, and I would expect they would have felt the effects of your illness too.
So would you like to say a little more about how you have dealt with things? Did you see a GP and psych, have meds, practice a different lifestyle?Anything that works for you might well work for others.
Also have you someone to confide in that cares and wants to support you?
I look forward to your reply
Croix
