Hi mmx. I’m new here and was just browsing when I saw your post and I felt sorry that no one had replied to you when your post was sent so long ago. I can relate to what you are feeling and haven’t resolved the problems with myself yet so I’m hardly qualified to give advice. But even so, it sounds like those girls who ‘run’ your grade are pretty shallow. I assume you have heard the thing about insecure people lashing out on others- well it sounds to me like those girls are crazy insecure. And you don’t need their approval. You are strong and independent and don’t need to chase their approval which is really worth nothing if they don’t like you as you already are. If you did change yourself so they like you then they don’t like YOU. They like who they made you into. But again, this is my opinion, if you feel the need to become their friend then go for it!
But maybe it would help to have some friends outside of school so you don’t feel so alone. Like, if your friends at school do something bad or you argue you can still have that person on the outside who is still there for you. Again, sorry if this is useless. I hope that you find useful advice somewhere!
