Hi AlyssaMay,

Welcome to the Beyond Blue forums, I am glad you are talking about this and I am sorry to hear how you are feeling. Never give up Alyssa, there is probably something that will help you to recover, keep on track to find it. Could you give the Beyond Blue phone service a call? The professionals there will help you to feel better straight away and can talk to you about a fresh mental health strategy, it's free and 24/7. I know a lot of people on this site will understand how you are feeling and have support and advice.

Try and remind your self that your current situation is not how it will always be, things will get better, you will recover from this. Love to you.

Hey AlyssaMay,

Sorry to hear about what you're going through at the moment. I have been through the exact same thing so I know how difficult it can be to cope. Have you tried talking to your family about what you're feeling? Or someone close to you? Getting things off your chest always helps!

If the current medication you are taking isn't working, see your GP/psychologist and maybe start a different one. I know it's a long/frustrating process but in the long run it's so worth it.

Your boss does not sound very nice at all. I would suggest applying for another job while still at this one. Don't tell anyone you are, but maybe find a job that's a bit less demanding and flexible.

Hang in there, things will get better.
