Hey Erin92, welcome to the forums and thank you for opening up to us.
I am sorry to hear you are back to feeling like this even after treatment and medication. Have you applied for others jobs? Sticking it out in a job you don't enjoy is tough, but luckily, it is much easier to be hired in a new job if you are already employed. Remember it is a means to an end. Keep saving that money and you can go on a holiday perhaps.
I also suggest you find some hobbies or things to do to keep you busy. Study something, volunteer, join a club or a sporting team, do some art or drawing - anything that gets you out of bed.

Hey Erin,
Awesome you're able to visit and let us know how you're feeling - thanks.
Have you considered having a chat with your GP or Psych about your medication and how you're feeling now? It seems like something has changed since you started your meds. Reviewing them and having a chat with your doc might help.
What are your thoughts on visiting your Dr again?

dear Erin, hello and nice to be able to talk with you.
Firstly when you don't feel well or border line, then ugly colours would certainly take it's toll, and added to this your flatmates who you don't like would add to your low feeling.
The reason why everybody paints their house/flat is because the colours make them feel depressed, so maybe you could get your landlord to purchase the paint, so that you and anyone else can help you paint the rooms that you frequent, and remember your flatmates could also hate the colours and that's why none of you get on.
If you you aren't feeling well at all, then nothing is going to cheer you, and this goes along with your work, so what I'm saying is that the work maybe OK but because you aren't feeling well then you are going to hate your work.
I still believe and agree with the others in that you should make an appointment with your doctor, so that the repair for you to feel better can start. Geoff.

Hey there!
Maybe try decorating your room/where your bed is with colourful, nice things. Posters, quotes, etc. That will make the atmosphere a bit lighter for you 🙂
Work - especially retail is very people based so I understand why you're struggling. Your current mindset is probably making your job seem worse than it is.. try to think of the good points about it, even write them down!
Have you seen your doctor about what you've been feeling lately? Speaking to someone will definitely help.
