Hey ljade,
I completely understand how you feel! And it's so draining I know. You're scared that you're going to return to that depressive state that you were in.
Unfortunately, it can happen but you've been great in identifying it before it's begun so you're two steps ahead!
All those things that made you happy, that make you happy. Go do them! Everthing thats saddening and melancholy need to be removed from the situation. It's okay to feel sad sometimes we are human but all the time is hard. Could you go speak to a therapist about how you are feeling. Now its time to put in preventative measures even go speak to ur GP. Best of luck x

I am so sorry you are feeling this way.
Perhaps go to GP, ask for your hormone levels to be tested & just have a good talk with them might help you feel better or at least may alleviate your fears.
I have hormonal imbalance & find I can feel depressed when there out of balance. It may be chemical or something else but only GP can help you find out!
