Hi,
For those of you who have had to homeschool, are you able to share with us your experience please?
What do you like about it?
What do you dislike about it?
What do you feel works well for you?
What do you feel doesn't work so well?
Please share your thoughts if possible to help other students improve their homeschooling and their parents/teachers too.
Thanks and take care 🙂

Hi SapereAude,
Thanks for starting this thread. My son is only 2 years old, but I am already considering home schooling. Mostly because I was bullied very badly at school and it was the root issue causing my ongoing mental health problems.
I also don't think schools are great at educating at an individual level. Although most teachers do their best, they can't possibly provide the required support to each child in their ever growing classes.
Alternatively I'm also looking at Steiner school options which focus on the needs of the children instead of trying to teach how to get good results at NAPLAN.
Unfortunately my partner disagrees with me, although he has agreed to meet with the Steiner school.
It would be great to hear from some others who actually do home schooling.
Kind thoughts, Jess
