dear Procket, thanks for posting on the site, and by the short sentence it must have been difficult deciding whether you should or whether to leave it alone, but you have and that's good.
To answer your question is that you should go and see your GP, and if you are a bit scared then write down how you are feeling on some paper so that you can give it to your doctor.
You could also ring the web chat on the phone number above and talk to these wonderful people, who will then be able to direct you to various places or contact numbers for you to ring.
By giving us some more details on this site, like age, being married and working and all the rest that we will be able to help you more, and remember we don't know who you are, what you look like, unless you want to post a photo but that's up to you, so really you can be anonymous if you choose to.
It appears as though you are desperate for help, so please reply back to us.
All the responders are fast a sleep, or hopefully they at the moment so you will receive plenty more replies, but now it's 1.30am, and I live funny hours. Geoff.

Hey, okay you need help. the awesome thing is you've taken the first step in asking for it acknowledgment. Asking for help in any situations is hard. One of the hardest things about asking for help is who to ask (I'm going to refer to the above mentioned post so that it doesn't get repeated) are some ideas but there are also others like trusted family, friends, school people etc.
One of the best things about this site is that 1. its anonymous 2. there are always people willing to help! 3. most people know a bit of how you maybe feeling (most times but in your case im not sure how your feeling)
because this site in on the web and your'e not talking directly too people even putting your problems up here can help without getting any replies because your starting to get them out and written down which also helps sort them out in your head.
I think I should mention that I'm a random who has found help in this site and not affiliated in anyway with this site. (I feel like I sound like a sales person, I dont mean to!)
Your'e well on your way of asking for help and I think that shows how strong you are as a person realise that you do need help and your seeking ways of doing that.
