Hi there, I'm currently undergoing counseling for depression and anxiety. I started having depression and anxiety since early secondary school but I finally managed to get help around two months ago. I'm looking forward to talk to you all or maybe ask for help.
Nice to meet you!

Nice to meet you and welcome.
There are plenty of good people on these forums and many great stories that you won't find elsewhere. I look forward to hearing more of yours.
Rob.

Welcome booperdooper,
I love puns, and your display picture hits the spot! I got given a mug with a pun today as a Kris Kringle gift. It has an image of two flamingos and says 'ready to flamingle'. I had never heard that pun before today, and thought it was pretty amusing. My boyfriend rolled his eyes in amusement at how much I appreciated that pun!
When you're ready, you can tell us a bit more about yourself and your situation. That way, people can relate their life experiences to yours, and might be able to give you advice.
I'm glad you are currently having counselling for your anxiety and depression - that's great!
Best wishes,
SM
