Hi, welcome
Anxiety is a serious condition. Most disorders need a multi pronged approach.
GP visit, maybe medication, therapy, relaxation, change of career and work hours.
You are best to google this-

Hi Tianaxo,
Welcome to the forums!
Yas, I have an anxiety disorder so I'm more than happy to chat to you! You'll probably find if you have a browse through the threads there's a lot of people here dealing with anxiety, talking about what works/doesn't work.
If I know one thing from my anxiety, it's knowing that it's totally unique. The way that I get anxiety and Mr John Doe gets anxiety is so different and so is our ways of coping. So it can take a little trial and error to figure out what works for you.
Here's a link to a BB site listing some treatments for anxiety, maybe something might jump out at you -
