Hello Sushigirl
Welcome to Beyond Blue forums. Great you've found your way to the forums, you'll find very supportive people here.
You've not give much in your post to give me a clue about how I can help you. So are you okay if I ask some questions through this post?
Friendships are hard work. Believe me. Friendships come and go over the years. You haven't said how old you are. I'm over 50 and have had many friends throughout my life. Some good, some not so good. I have a handful of friends left in my life. And I'm so happy about that. But these friends only came into my life about 20-30 years ago.
One of the things I question myself about all the time is - what do I expect of a friend? To be honest, my expectations are unrealistic. I've found it so important to work out what I expect or not expect. I've also found it essential to let them know too. It's okay to let friends go. I have let so many go, so many more than I currently have.
To progress with your thread, is there anything that you need help with regarding mental health issues?
It would be good if you could let me know how I can be of further assistance.
Kind regards
PamelaR
