I'm struggling to deal with everything and don't have anyone around to talk too. Does anyone know what actually happens when you admit yourself and how long your there for.

Hi Sharnnnn,
I know what it feels like to have no one to talk to. I can be here for you if you would like to talk. I care. Feel free to share as much as you'd like. What are you struggling to deal with? I'm 19 and have been depressed for many years. I feel like life is hard to deal with too.
If you're feeling overwhelmed/down I would recommend going to see your GP (or any doctor if you don't have a regular one) and telling them how you are feeling. This is what I did. Then the GP can help give you advice, support and information about what to do next.
