Where to start and what to do?

I have been struggling with anxiety and depression for years and the whole Covid-19 thing is making it worse. For 2 months now i have been stuck at home unable to see my friends, partner, go to school or go to a doctor for help. I feel like I'm at an all time low and it's just getting worse.

My parents are trying to help but being stuck on a property away from everything is not helping and I feel really bad because they are trying to help but I don't know what they can do to help me because I don't know what I need.

I'm just so stuck and don't know what to do.

Hi, welcome

You can go to a doctor under the Covid restrictions.

Being isolated on a rural property is tough so people like yourself. If you increase your internet activity through social media then that can bite you with trolls and abuse.

Can I suggest a hobby? Crafts? Dried flower arrangements? Just suggestions.
