Removing myself from a thread

Is there a way to remove myself from a thread so I don't keep getting the updates to it in 'my threads'?

Hi The Possum,

Unfortunately this isn't possible with our current system.  We hope to upgrade within the next 12 months to a proper subscription and notification system for threads that will allow for this.
