Hi gem11,

Feel free to take on Sophie_M's advice and seek out the support service. In the meantime, please know you aren't alone and that you can use this thread and the wider forums to find a community going through similar things. For example, I'm quarantining with my family too and I miss my friends, the people I relate to the most! Wha are some ways that we could stay connected with those you who see outside of your home?

Sending kindness,

Tay100
