Don't feel guilty about this - yes there are people that have it worse, but it doesn't make your feelings less valid. We all work through things differently and have different life journeys, so please allow yourself to feel these feelings and try not to feel guilty about being anxious.
Have you spoken to a doctor or mental health professional about these feelings? They might be able to help you a bit more with some strategies for working through these attacks. You can start by seeing your GP.
