hi Sanja04, I saw in reply to prev. post that you hide how you are feeling from those closest to you. I get that. Though I get really short. Not angry at them per se. And then I realise I need to journal, to use my coping tools etc. Can I ask what you do in these situations?

Hi Sanja04,

sorry you have been feeling this way..

I understand anxiety I had severe anxiety OCD, I’ve now recovered from this condition….

My recovery started from seeing my gp through to a psychiatrist who diagnosed me with this condition this then led me to a OCD clinic that specialised in this condition I was given many strategies to help me to manage my OCD/ anxiety……….. this therapy gave me the tools I needed to master my OCD…

My OCD for me was intrusive thoughts that seemed irrational but felt very real the anxiety was very intense with this condition…

My gp also put me on a antidepressant to help me to manage my OCD….

Have you seeked any professional help?
