Hi Theo10
Welcome to the bb forum. I really like your question. In a word, it's about support.
We are largely a community of people either experiencing a mental health condition or caring for someone with a mental health condition. People post about their related feelings, experiences, challenges and successes and receive support from others who really understand and want to help. There are also social pages where people can have fun and talk about many things besides mental health.
There are some ground rules, which you can read about on the tab above called "community rules", but the most important things to remember are to be kind and non-judgemental.
I think this is a really special place of caring and I hope you stay and make it your place, too. I'm wondering, what brought you here?
Post any time. There are lots of people to connect with.
Kind thoughts to you

Hi Theo,
I’m glad Summer Rose has kindly welcomed you 🙂
Like Summer, I’m just wondering what brought you here too. For example, are you seeking connections, information, a place to vent, etc? If you feel comfortable letting us know, we can tailor our support to help you as best we can.
If you feel like chatting again, but there’s no pressure, we are here to listen and support you. The most important part is you feel comfortable though...
Kind and caring thoughts,
Pepper
