Hi Angel's journey,
Mental health issues can take you on quite a journey at times. There will be ups and downs. It can be like a roller coaster ride.
The thing is to hold on tight to what works and let the rest fall away.
Keep trying to get help, the process can be frustrating, unfortunately we need the help of others to get better!
If you are not sure about your diagnosis can you ask for a second opinion?
Give yourself a break from the battles now and then and just be yourself!
Cheers from Dools

Hi Angel,
There is a thread on here titled something like "This Bipolar Life" if you can find it, you may find it interesting to read some of it.
Many years ago I was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder. It has helped me to understand the way I think and behave in certain situations. For me it was educational and insightful.
This is not something I want in my life, but knowing about it has helped me live my life differently.
I am not my mental health issues, yes they are a part of my life, but I am still me!
Maybe you do have bipolar, I don't know, maybe learning about the condition will help you to consider it as a possibility for the way you are feeling.
It is not easy to accept a diagnosis for something we don't want in our lives!
I don't like my illnesses, they are there and I need to learnt to live with them. Some days are easier than others!
Hope you can find a sense of where to from here.
Cheers to you from Dools
