Hi everyone, I've just come across this forum and hopefully I can meet like minded people so we can help each other.
I suffer from anxiety, depression, ptsd and I'm 61 yrs old, a mother, grandmother but unfortunately live alone and no one talks to me.
I also suffer migraines so dont go out much, just want to feel connected to make my life better.
I'm also a great listener.
Thanks for reading 😊

Hi Blue-Green, I hope you’re doing well today. I’m 51 and have slipped back into depression recently and I have a previous PTSD diagnosis too. I’m divorced and I have two children still at school who live with their mother. Great relationship all round thankfully. I also live alone, I feel empty and appreciate that help and listening goes both ways.

Hi Blue Green,
Welcome to the Beyond Blue forum! You've certainly come to the right place. I understand how difficult it can be to feel disconnected and alone, I am sorry you are experiencing this. Mental and physical health struggles can make it difficult to create connections, however we are all here for you at Beyond Blue and are always happy to listen and connect.
I look forward to hopefully being able to chat more overtime here on the forums, please feel free to post whenever you like about your thoughts, feelings and experiences. Positive or negative! I'm also a great listener.
All the best,
Daydreamer.

Welcome to the forums @Blue-Green ! I think you'll find that you're very welcome here. I think it's sad no one talks to you. Everyone should have someone to talk to. I have not yet married (I'm only 12 right now) so I don't know how much chaos having children and grandchildren can be. I only know it from the child point of view. I also have anxiety and depression, but my doctors have put me on medication to hopefully lower the suicidal thoughts. Anyways, thanks for your time
