hi everyone i am new here i dont know how to say what i feel but i will try my best i am not very good with my words

i have come here to hopefully find people that have bpd aswell me that i can relate too

i haven't told my full story to anyone before, i have a very hard time coping with day to day. i battle with severe anxiety that impacts everything that i do or say even typing this i am finding very hard , i have been so judged in my life that i struggle to find the good in myself i haven't met or talked to someone that has felt similar i feel so alone when it comes to my mental health.

Hey moonlady98, welcome to the forums.

I don't have BPD (well not that I know of), but I'm here for you. I have anxiety too so I can relate to that.

I'm sorry you've been so judged, I can relate to that and I'm sure many others here will also.

You're safe here, it's a friendly, moderated, non judgemental place. I hope you find some support and feel welcome here. I'm here if you need someone.

It sounds exhausting and we can understand how draining it must be for you. We hope you will find the support you need and deserve from our wonderful community members.

Could you please tell us if you currently see a mental health practitioner or have in the past? It is extremely helpful to talk about all these difficult feelings and thoughts that we experience to help process them. It is very challenging to try and cope with them on our own.
