Hi Vitamin C,
At times it can certainly feel like there is no hope left and no where to turn. Thankfully there are always people who will care how we are feeling in our depressed and confused sate.
It sounds like life has been really tough for you and it has been a struggle that has you feeling exhausted. If you are in desperate need of care right now, please use the phone help line here at Beyond Blue on 1300 22 4636 or Lifeline on13 11 14.
Recently I have felt like there was no point in taking another breathe, my depression was so over whelming. I used a phone help line and have been assisted back onto a more healthy way of thinking and controlling my depression.
You can also call 000 if you think you are totally at your wits end, or go to the hospital emergency department.
Please don't think of this as your last attempt to be heard and to find help, but as a new opportunity to seek assistance and understanding.
I suggest you also look at some of the information on this site about depression.
Maybe each day you could try to find one thing to be thankful for, then see if you can work up to three things. It might be something as simple as feeling the sunshine on your skin, or the smell of a coffee.
Please don't give up. Keep sharing how you are feeling here. Let us know how we may be able to help you further. For me, just writing down how I am feeling can be very helpful.
Hope for the future can still be with you.
