I have no friends and I don’t have the confidence to make new ones.

I have a circle of issues, mainly to do with self confidence but I feel like everyone is happy, except me ? I’m unsure of how to deal with certain situations.

My family are amazing but no one goes through this mental block.. most days I feel like the world is crashing in on me and I can’t move.

Hi countryatheart,

You sound like you’re dealing with a lot of emotions at the moment. The self esteem issues, loneliness and perhaps feeling both overwhelmed and emotionally paralysed at the same time must be rough...I really feel for you...

I think sometimes we might think that everyone else is doing okay, but I think everyone has problems to varying degrees. My personal experience is I’ve often found people who seem happy aren’t always as happy as they seem/let on. But of course, that said, everyone’s experience is different...

I know you’re going through a lot at the moment and I sense your pain. Would you like to tell us a little more about the situations you’re struggling with?

Kind and caring thoughts,

Pepper

Please go to your GP and tell them straight up what's going on. That's the first step in getting help. Don't be embarrassed. Most visits to the GP are mental health related - it's true and you can google that if you don't believe me! You're not alone.
