Hello. I’m new here and unsure where to start. I’m a senior and struggling with it. I don’t feel like a senior sometimes 🥴

Hi there, I’m new here too and thought I’d start with a reply. Are you struggling with being a senior because you are young at heart or because you feel much older than you are?

Hi Portia18,
Really sorry to hear how you are feeling. You are at the right place and thanks for reaching out.
Being a senior doesn't always come with a specific feeling or a set of experiences. It's completely normal to feel this way sometimes and to have moments of doubt and uncertainty. You are definitely not alone in this.
If you don't mind me asking, do you have any family/friends or have you spoken to your GP about how you are feeling? Would you like to talk more about what's been particularly challenging for you?
I really hope you feel better. I am a good listener and I am here for you, if you feel like sharing more...
Take care
Happylife
