Hey, I guess I might as well introduce myself.
I'm trying to find somewhere where I can discuss my mental health issues in a safe, non judgemental environment but it's difficult. Having BPD with co-morbid ASPD means that the things I want to get support without being lectured about how dysfunctional my amoral approach to life is.
It's tricky because minimising my traits means I can't be honest about the level of my psychopathy, but on the other hand being open about my thought processes etc means I am going to be banned.
So, does anyone have suggestions of places where I can be honest without incurring the wrath of others?
TIA

Hi skram’s
You could go to the following sites for some help:
-Kids Hepline 1800 55 1800
-Life Line 13 11 14
-Headspace
Those sites you will be able to talk to someone and they can listen & talk to you without judging .
I hope you find help from this

Hello TIA, I feel for the way you are feeling, and the sites provided by Ashely and Nick are places you can contact, but this is a site where you can talk with people who have struggled through their own type of depression as well as ASPD ( antisocial personality disorder ) where no one is judged nor criticised.
Please don't be afraid, you don't have to say what you don't want to, just take it at your own pace.
Best wishes.
Geoff.
