Hello JustChill, can I offer you a warm welcome and very sorry that you're having panic attacks and anxiety, which could be caused for so many reasons, some you will know about and perhaps some which are hidden away, however, both can cause some much trouble for you.
There is a section on anxiety if you click 'All Posts' plus on the top if you click on 'The Facts' there is also an anxiety tab.
I hope you can get back to us about these attacks and your anxiety so we can then help you even further.
We never criticise anybody on this site, simply because most of us have been through and maybe still suffering from it ourselves.
Best wishes.
Geoff.

Hi Justchill,
Welcome to the forums and great to have you here.
I am so sorry to hear about your struggles. Many of us can relate to your situation and I feel for you.
Like Geoff mentioned above everyone on the forums is extremely helpful and non-judgmental so feel free to post as much or as little as you like.
I look forward to seeing you around on the forums.
All the best,
Baet123

Hey JustChill,
You will get your life back and feel in control my friend. It isn't easy but it will happen. Things worth doing are never easy right?
How was your appointment today? Hope it was a success and that you feel better and more confident about your situation as a result of seeing your doctor.
Keep staying strong and remaining positive. Cliche but also very important.
Please keep us updated.
Nick.
