Welcome, I'm glad you found us. Don't stress about the spelling and the words, I know you will do your best, I'll do my best to listen and understand.
I know about PTSD from my own life, it has been a bit of a scary road for me, but it doesn't upset me as much as it used too. I've had times when there have been voices too, lucky for me that was connected with depression and passed.
