hey.
So im new to this. Im not much of a talker so I thought this might be a good way to learn and release i guess.
Iv recently started to become anxious, feeling a little worse for wear and just not myself. I have good days and bad days like anyone else. There has been some big changes in my life recently and I feel like I am taking on a lot of other people emotions, I like to feel like I'm helping the situation but I know it doesn't leave me alot of room to relax and declutter.
I have alot of time on my hands recently which I think has added to my constant worry and anxiety and I was hoping to just talk about ways people cope and get back to a chilled lifestyle.

Hi Baluga, I too have only just recently joined these forums. I am one to normally cope with things on my own and not talk it out.
By being able to express how I have been feeling on here, has been such a help, in relieving some of my anxiety.
There are some really supportive people and some of the tips have been great.
It’s so nice to be able to reach out and not feel as though you are being judged and that you are not alone.
If you browse through some of the threads, hopefully you find some tips that might help you.
Keep posting, as I find voicing how I’m feeling, helps relieve some of the pressure.
