Hi Sally, welcome to Beyond Blue forums. We are happy to greet you.
There is a fake view of the world by many that the hard days are over...not so for many people.
When you are ready choose a topic eg depression, anxiety etc and post a more detailed post of your issues that you think we members and community champions can discuss and maybe help you along. Here is totally anonymous so you are safe.
In the meantime here are a few threads that might help you with your illnesses. Use gogle
Topic: anxiety, how I eliminated it- beyondblue
Topic: depression, a ship on the high seas- beyondblue

Hi Sally4
Big welcome to the Beyond Blue team!!. You find so many great friends here who offer great advice that may help you.
I too only quite new. If you got time have a look around at different links. I don’t comment all the times on the posts but I learned already some things that can help my life.
You doing well in your life. You had a lot of setbacks but you are doing wonderfully well at trying to work on these. I know someone with PSTD it tough. Take each day as it comes. I hear owing a cat or dog are great at healing where humans have hurt you or let you down. Hope that help.
Stay strong.

Hi Sally4,
Welcome to the community here. At present, you have successfully managed to open your own "thread" that means people can come along here and "chat" with you and comment on what you have written.
Can you please explain what is frustrating you about the forum and what you would like to achieve. I am a little technology challenged, but I am sure others will be able to help you with your enquiries on how to proceed further.
You could also read the sections above in the red boxes, like "Community Rules" and the "Forum FAQ" section.
If you want to share more about how your conditions affect you or if you would like suggestions on how to help yourself, this thread of yours is a great place to start.
Once you explain where you are stuck, people can help. (maybe not me though!)
Please keep persevering and people will be able to help and direct you.
Cheers from Dools

You seem to be having some difficulties.
If you are looking for your original post where you talked about your kids it is here:

You have several people answering you there too
Thanks
