Hi Just Ken,
Welcome to the community here on the forum. Hope you manage to find your way around, join in where ever you like, share as much as you desire about yourself and feel like you belong here just as much as all people who use this forum.
There are threads here about Bipolar you may find interesting to read. I am not all that familiar with this condition. Me, I've been diagnosed with depression, BPD, PTSD, stress and now anxiety.
The thing is, I have been diagnosed with these issues, but they do not have to determine who I am. Yes Mental Health issues can be tough, I certainly get that and don't belittle them at all, I just like to try to find ways to get on with my day the best I can most days.
Other days I fall in a heap! That is okay. When I have the strength, I pick myself up, dust myself off and try again.
How about you Ken, how do you cope day to day? (If you don't feel like answering any questions, that is okay as well.) Hope you feel comfortable here, and share how ever suits you best.
Cheers for now from Dools or Mrs. D.

Just Ken
Welcome to the forums.
I was diagnosed with main -depression back in the 1970s.
This is a good place to learn things, share ideas in a safe , friendly environment.
There is a Thread called this bipolar life . Feel free to have a look at that thread and say hello.
Take care

Like I think most people with bipolar I cope quite well when everything is stable. When it is not then I take sick leave or turn up to work without being very productive.
At the moment I'm not very stable. I went into deep depression 2 weeks ago and now I'm having trouble finding the right dose of anti-depressants.

Hi just ken, good for you for posting. I've just joined today and it's because my partner is experiencing this condition. It's thrown everything up in the air in our lives. In the posts I've read so far I see so much courage. It's so, so inspiring.
