Hi James1984

If you have a reliable GP you can see, it may pay to give him or her a visit. Any changes we experience are experienced for a reason, something is typically out of balance. A good GP is willing to play detective in order to get to the bottom of things. To give you an example: Some years back, I saw my GP because I was experiencing bouts of partial paralysis down my left side as well as intense anxiety attacks. He insisted on putting me on anti-anxiety meds. I refused the meds and asked him to work out what the problem was. He wouldn't listen, insisting I start the meds next visit. Grrr! Long story short, saw another GP who sent me for a brain MRI. Turns out I was experiencing silent migraines (aka migranes without headaches). The anxiety was one of the symptoms. Luckily I was actually experiencing a migraine in the MRI machine at the time. My problem was solved. As I say, a good GP is willing to play detective. Shop around if you have to, for I would suggest you don't settle for someone simply changing the medication dosage before sending you on your way. There may be some underlying reason for the extreme change you're experiencing. As someone once said 'We are a skin covered petri dish (of chemical reactions).' Of course, we are so much more than this.

Take care of yourself James and I hope you find a simple solution and effective course of action.
