Hey there daisy129

Welcome to the forums.

Ive been on these for about 2 months now and have found them very helpful for both advice and an outlet.

I guess it really depends on what your questions are.

I myself have been dealing with social anxiety disorder and depression since 2012.

Its certainly a rough ride and takes a lot out of you. But rest assured you are in the right place.

If you redirect back to the main forums page youll find an option for anxiety which will help i imagine. Ask away to your hearts content.

I believe the moderators can move your posts to the most relevant thread too as this has happened to me in the past.

I guess maybe start off by introducing yourself and just asking straight up whatever it is that is playing on your mind.

Hope this helps

Thanks Hamsolo01! I was diagnosed with social phobia before it was called social anxiety disorder and the psychologist who diagnosed me was awesome but unfortunately has passed away. He did leave me with some great strategies but unfortunately when I go through a bad patch in life, which inevitably happens, it gets very difficult to manage and I think talking to others going through similar things may be helpful. I will try the anxiety forums and see how I go. Thank you for responding to my post. 🙂
