Hi all,
I joined this forum 1-2 weeks ago. I should have sent this earlier. I have been working full-time in IT area for decades. I have some knowledge of philosophy, psychology and religions, and some life experience of raising kids.
Recently, I realise that mental health is an issue for nearly everyone of us at different stages of our lives. I would like to understand more about the issues most people are facing, and hopefully I can develop and extend my helping hands to people in need.
Kind regards
Simon

Hi Simon, it's good for you to join us, I realise that some people are a bit hesitant in posting a comment and may edit or even delete it, only wishing they had sent it through, so I'm pleased you have.
All of your experience and willingness will be a great benefit to us all.
Are you concerned about any particular area or it doesn't matter, just generally?
Best wishes.
Geoff.

Hi Simon
How truly beautiful you are, wanting to share and make a difference!
Would be interested to know what some of your own philosophies are in regard to life. By the way, with you being an IT person who has an interest in psychology, I imagine you may have a unique angle in regard to that computer up there in our skull. The programs installed over the years can certainly create issues when it comes to how we live our life.
Look forward to hearing from you.
