Exactly, and go you for taking that step.
I too am suffering with worsening depression, and anxieties.... all for nothing in particular, but feels like everything just tips it over, just life. How bout you? Anything in particular causing your depression to be so high?

Hi, thanks all for responses a lot. yes I did and I am on a medication now for at least 6 months but not helped. I am trying to read books, articles and so on ,in this regard to know more and more. The thing is I can say my loneliness is the most annoying thing as I recently divorced after 12 years living married and had an accident which physically injured so all together become my depression at this level. I don't know how to make new friends and so many things....

Hi Susan I understand the loneliness it is really hard to meet new people. And it has been harder this year with all the restrictions.I am sorry for your divorce and I went through one a couple of years ago.Did any children and are still on speaking terms with your ex.It became really hard for me as we had two kids and my ex and I got to the stage we went on speaking terms but we are sort of on speaking terms at the moment for the kids.Di you have any interest or clubs you could join and get out of the house to meet new People or does your physical injury prvent this?
Take care,
Mark.
