Hi everyone,
I’m Alex. I have been suffering from depression on and off for over 30 years. Most recently, I became unemployed due to a situation at work which was unexpected. I am finding things al out more frustrating and I feel like my patience wears thin quicker. Is that normal?

Hi, welcome
Anxiety I'd suggest, in my experience is not a stable condition. It can lead to depression and other illnesses, so I suggest you engage with relaxation exercises. Medication could also be looked at so see your GP.
We can also have triggers. See below for a thread on that.
I hope you feel well soon.
