Please don't get confused by believing that because of her depression it's your fault, I was often told that by my ex-wife, but I had nothing to do with her PND.
Your g/friend can not overcome depression by herself and now it's causing great trouble with you, but is she in denial, refusing to accept that she needs help, or thinking that it will pass, because it doesn't without any help from her doctor and possibly by taking antidepressants (AD) and counselling with a psychologist.
The reason being is that when someone has depression they tend to avoid all the hard questions which they can not answer or don't want to even think about answering them.
