Hi tobiecat,
These are certainly different days for us all.
I'm really sorry to read you are unable to walk at present. That does make it difficult to be outside enjoying the fresh air and still sticking to the new rules and regulations.
I feel for you. I don't have an answer. The Government and authorities are doing all they can to help reduce the risks to us all.
Restrictions like the ones we are seeing do not help our mental health.
Are there ways you can help yourself? Do you have a garden or a balcony you can sit on?
I know it is not the same, but can you Google beaches to look at or listen to sound tracks of the waves?
Are there things in the past that have helped you with your depression?
Hope you find some ways to ease your depression and distress.
Kind regards from Dools

Hi Tobiecat,
It has been a while since you posted. Now restrictions have eased, how are you going? Have you had people to talk to? If you need support I can check back here and either listen of offer advice if that's what you would like.
I hope you are well,
C
