Hi, sorry if this is the wrong place to post but I’ve never posted on a forum I’m just scared and can’t chat online at this hour. I’ve recently had a medication change and the nightmares I’ve had tonight are so bad that I’m petrified to go to sleep. I just kept having the same dream over and over I could hear my baby crying but couldn’t wake myself up to go to him and then I didn’t know what my house looked like to find him and then when I got there he was just a doll this whole time. When I finally woke properly voices were asking me what earth I’m going to do I could tell them what level of meds I’d need. I’ve never been more scared in my life than I am right now.
ive been sitting here with the lights on to scared to go back to sleep just crying and shaking. What’s happening to me?
