Heyy, so lately I’ve been finding it really hard to do simple things like walk around school by myself or just standing around people. I get really self conscious and anxious.
Any tips on how to help??

Hi Evie and warm welcome to our community forums
So pleased you've found your way here. You sound a little frightened. Would that be about right? Has anything happened to you recently that makes you scared of people?
Or maybe it's as simple as getting braces and thinking how terrible you look?
I guess I need a little help here so I know the best way to give you tips about what you can do. So do you think you can answer some of my questions above?
Perhaps there are other parents or kids out there who are reading this that might be able to put their finger on how to help immediately. Would be good to have them post here heay?
Look forward to hearing from you Evie.
Kind regards
PamelaR
