I'm just so sorry for what you and your dad have had to go through so can I mention a few but before I do, if you look at all the sections on this site that Beyond Blue displays there are several sections to get yourself involved in because all of us have gone through our own grieving, plus suffered from any type of depression and it's a non-judgemental site where we all care for each other.
If you can google this site, and normally I don't like asking people to do this but there are too many places to write down, however, this is it 'any online forums for sudden deaths in
There is also Anglicare who are excellent,
There are numerous sites which BB offer, so you can ring them on 1300 22 4636 and talk to them and/or ask them about the 'Suicide bereavement and postvention resources.
Please accept my sincere condolences and hope that you can visit the different sections on BB so we can discuss your bereavement.
My Best Wishes.
Geoff.

Hi Very Sad,
I am so sorry for your losses. Dealing with any one loss is devastating enough as it is, let alone multiple losses in presumably a short spce of time...again, I’m so sorry. I can’t even imagine how you must be feeling now...
I know a 24 hour helpline called Griefline that might be helpful as they focus on grief and loss as the name suggests. You should be able to find their contact details if you search for it online.
If you ever want to talk or vent, you’re more than welcome to use this forum space as well. We would love to support you.
Gentle and kind thoughts.
