Hi Darawanker,
Welcome to the forums and thank you for being here. Can I ask, are you referring to psychological therapies?
If you are, then yes. While there's a lot that can be used for OCD there's one that's fairly common that I'll share with you and hopefully that will help.
It's called CBT-ERP. That stands for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with Exposure Response Prevention. While that sounds like a hell of a handful, it's basically a therapist working with you on your thoughts, feelings and behaviours - and looking at ways to gently expose yourself to the things that scare you.
It might sound a bit daunting, but it is a step by step process, and the therapist goes at a pace that works for you. As a very basic example, if you felt like a pool was contaminated, the ultimate goal might be swimming with friends, but one of the small steps to do that might be driving by the pool or being near a pool.
If you want to read more on this you can look here - http://beyondocd.org/information-for-individuals/cognitive-behavior-therapy
I hope that this helps - feel free to have a search for OCD in here and there's lots of people talking about their own experiences.
