Naturopathy

Has anyone found naturopathic treatments aid the symptoms of anxiety? Or perhaps the anxiety is a side effect of low b vitamins or something? Just wanting different people's experiences, thanks

Hi To be FREE, we'd recommend having a look at the beyondblue resource below, A Guide To What Works For Anxiety.  It summarises the evidence base for a range of treatments, from medical through to alternative, and is more reliable than the anecdotes you will get from an online forum:

Hi ToBeFree

I had a good xperience with naturopathy, and suppliments.

something i have learnt is that we need magnesium and if we dont have enough our anxiety can sometimes be because we are deficient,

i really reccommend taking a magnesium suppliment and see how you go and see if that works for you, Naturpoaths also have a heap of other things too but i wasnt able to take some of the herbs as it would react with my medications.

i would reccommend going to see a naturopath and see what they say 🙂
