Hi,
Wondering if anyone has any success with helping treat anxiety/depression with Hypnotherapy or Accupuncture ? I'm at the stage where I'm willing to give anything a go 🙂

Hi Molly,
Have you been doing any research in these fields? I have tried acupuncture a few times for various physical ailments with success, but never for mental health issues.
Like you mentioned, finding something that works is worthwhile. Good luck with your searching!
Cheers form Mrs. Dools

Hi Mrs Dools,
Like you I have had acupuncture for various other conditions including infertility all with success combined with other therapies but not for mental health. I know they say it can help with anxiety and depression but was just wondering what the success rate might be.
Guess I might just have to try it and see.
I have tried hypnotherapy many many years ago but was never really sure of its success

Molly06, fascinating question and i (and many others) would love to hear how you go with this if you do do it.
I remember thinking in the real dark days that i would try just about anything to feel better but never thought of acupuncture and hypnotherapy.
Look forward to hearing how you go.
Cheers
Mark.
