Does anyone know of any good community or group support in the Newcastle NSW area. Really need some help.

Firstly, welcome to the forums.

I am not from NSW or Newcastle so I cannot help on that front, I hope someone will be able to write back with some advice, I was just wanting to say maybe call the Beyond Blue helpline on 1300 22 4636, they can point you in the direction for required help, I think even in the local area of where you live, I haven't done it before but I am sure they will have some information on where to seek help for your condition locally to where you are.
