I would like to know if anyone has used acupuncture to help control their anxiety? If so, did it work and how long did it take for it to work.
Regards
Jenny

Hi Jenny
I have used accupuncture for a variety of issues eg. migraines, depression, tennis elbow, weight loss. At the time I did notice I was feeling very calm and at ease during the session and after. But I haven't used it for anxiety specifically although i do suffer from anxiety.
If you can find a accredited accupuncturist then it is worth a try. If you've never had accupuncture done before you can feel anxious about going but with the right therapist they will make you feel okay about the treatment.
Good luck, i hope you let us know how you go
Jo
