How to best help my husband

Hi,

Would like to know how to best approach my husband who I believe is depressed.  I would love him to seek some help but how do I tell him this?

Hi Ahappierlife,

I am assuming that you have a strong marriage and can discuss issues freely.

If it were me, I would want my wife to tell me what made her think that (if I was in denial) and would hope she'd encourage me to accompany her to our GP so we can get an assessment and perhaps a referral for treatment.
